The olives for our 100% natural Pacific Sun Gourmet California Extra Virgin Olive Oil are locally grown and harvested. We mill and bottle the extra virgin olive oil right here on our family farm in Tehama County, at the head of California’s fertile central valley. Pacific Sun exists to create artisanal foods that express and preserve the unique flavors of our growing region and agricultural community.
Except the vine, there is no plant which bears a fruit of as great importance as the olive.
