Pacific Sun Extra Virgin, Unfiltered Olive Oil is always produced within 24 hours of harvest.

In the morning, the olive fruit is on the tree. At noon, the fruit has made it to the bin. By the evening, the oil is produced and bottled, ready to be enjoyed. All within 24 hours!

It is a very gratifying experience to be able to take a product from the tree to the table. We hope that you enjoy this visual tour of both our harvest and our milling process.
